Matcha Powder - Latte
Latte Grade. Premuim 1st and 2nd harvest leaves, perfect for matcha lattes with your favourite nut, soy, coconut or other plant based milks. Add 1/2-1 teaspoons, then use the Bamboo Whisk to combine your matcha and hot milk, or simply make a paste with your matcha and hot water (80°c) and then add frothed/heated milk and stir to combine.
What is Matcha?
Matcha is a special variety of green tea, stoneground into a fine powder. All the nutritional properties of the tea leaves are ingested, not letting any of the goodness go to waste. Matcha tea leaves are shade grown before harvest, significantly increasing the chlorophyll and amino acid content well above that of standard green teas.
