The Piper Denim Skirt by Kowtow is an a-line, full-length skirt made in a heavyweight organic cotton denim. The Piper Skirt sits high on the waist with a comfortable partial elastic waistband through the back. It has pockets and opens each side with a Tagua nut button closure.
