In NZ: A physical voucher with a personalised message from you and a special touch from us will be mailed to the desired recipient. If you need the voucher right away, request that electronic voucher be emailed instead in the CART Special Instructions window. 

International: An electronic voucher will be emailed to you to pass on to the recipient within 24 hours. 

IMPORTANT: If you will be receiving an ELECTRONIC VOUCHER, shipping is free. Enter VOUCHERFREE in the discount window at the end of the checkout process to have your shipping charge removed.
