Position: Retail Associate
Term: 4 days per week / permanent
Schedule: Wednesday - Saturday each week
- ideally have some scheduling flexibility
- opportunity to take on more hours to assist with staff cover
- opportunity for additional hours over our busy summer months

Responsibilities include
- customer engagement and sales
- building and maintaining strong ongoing customer relationships
- processing transactions via Vend Point of Sale system
- maintaining thorough product knowledge
- shop presentation maintained to a high standard
- day-to-day shop merchandising
- online store support
- gift wrapping
- processing of incoming stock
- light cleaning duties
Required skills
- previous retail customer service and sales experience
- confident with Apple OS
- confident with web-based applications
- confident with Microsoft Office (word and excel)
Required attributes
- be able and happy to work weekends
- ideally has scheduling flexibility
- have a genuine passion for interior design and fashion
- be outgoing and engaging
- thrive in a retail environment, love building customer relationships
- have strong verbal and written communication skills
