Term: 2 days per week / permanent | can commit to 1 year at minimum
Schedule: Sunday – Monday each week as a base schedule

- opportunity to pick up extra hours during staff leave and summer
This role is based on our shop floor, so best suits an individual with retail experience who thoroughly enjoys engaging with customers throughout the day and has a sharp eye for visual merchandising, organisation and presentation.

Required Skills –
- previous retail customer service and sales experience
- confident with Apple OS, Microsoft Office and web-based applications
Responsibilities –
- customer engagement and sales
- building and maintaining strong ongoing customer relationships
- process transactions via Vend point of sale system
- maintain shop presentation to a high standard
- build and maintain thorough product knowledge
- day-to-day visual merchandising
- gift wrapping
- cleaning duties
