We’re looking for an outgoing, quick-learning team member to join our storefront team during our busiest period. You'll assist customers, maintain store appearance, and bring your passion for design and fashion. If you’re reliable, energetic, and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, we’d love to hear from you!
5 DAY SCHEDULE | FRIDAY – TUESDAY (please note that we can only consider applications from individuals who can commit to the full schedule – weekends, Christmas, NYE)
REQUIRED ATTRIBUTES –
- thrive in a retail environment
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- sharp eye and passion for organisation and presentation
- proactive team player (personable, helpful, reliable)
- solution-oriented and professional under pressure
- critical thinker, fast working and self-motivated
REQUIRED SKILLS –
- must have previous retail customer service and sales experience
- confident with Apple OS, web-based applications and Microsoft Office
RESPONSIBILITIES –
- primary focus on customer service and sales (building and maintaining ongoing customer relationships and provide gifting, home decor and wardrobe solutions for customers)
- process transactions via Vend POS
- visual merchandising
- maintain shop presentation to a high standard (cleaning)
- build thorough product knowledge
