Designed in Melbourne and crafted from solid brass, the organic coasters are inspired by delicious spills. Both forms have been hand-sculpted in clay, then forged using poured molten brass. Each coaster has been hand-polished, creating a glistening, mirror-finish lustre.
Material: untreated brass, the coasters will age and patina over time. Each pair of coasters comes delicately wrapped in a fabric pouch, perfect for gift giving. Being handmade, variations in the finish only add beauty to each piece and show their dissimilarity to the mass-produced. There may be polishing marks, divots, or other signs of the handmade process.
