The Play Dress in Cloud print by sustainable New Zealand clothing label, Kowtow is an oversized style finishing in a midi-length, with a peter pan collar and a drop shoulder which creates a subtle capped sleeve. The bodice features a large patch pocket and concealed placket while the skirt features in-seam pockets and gathers from the waistline and ends in a curved hem.
