Certified organic ingredients: rosehip peels, citrus peels, lemongrass, chamomile blossoms, hibiscus, spearmint, natural citrus flavour, citrus oil. Caffeine-free.
Brewing:
- Hot: 1 teaspoon per 250ml cup, add boiled water, steep for 6-8 minutes
- Cold: 8 tablespoons into a large jar, add 1.2L cold water, cover & refrigerate overnight (8-12 hours), strain out the tea leaves and pour over ice
