Pulling from the experiences of long summer days spent in her adopted Vienna home, French-Romanian artist Ana Popescu has created 'Les Vacances 03' for Paper Collective. Rich with texture, the wax pastel composition merges organic grasses with the geometric lines of a pool and the surrounding environment. A single shirtless figure sits comfortably between dips in the refreshing water, reminiscent of a relaxed and slow summer.
