Rooibos Masala Chai by Sunhouse Chai is a sticky mix of certified organic whole spices, ginger root, and turmeric blended with organic wilderness honey from the top of the South Island. This red leaf Rooibos blend is naturally caffeine-free, making it perfect for any time of the day.
How to brew hot: Add a heaped tablespoon of sticky chai mix to your brew pot and steep in 3/4c of hot water to release the flavours. Top with hot or cold milk of your liking & stir gently. Brew for 4 minutes or longer for a fuller flavour. Pour through a strainer into your favourite cup. Iced chai is also possible for the hot summer days.
